4-star vs 3-star

Once, during a meeting for my class field trip to Jakarta and Bandung, the person who's in charge for our accommodation during the trip asked for our opinions.

She said "For now, we have two choices of hotels. A four-star and a three-star. The three-star hotel's rate is cheaper by RM25." Then all my classmate murmuring to each other about how they don't really care about the hotel facilities or conditions as long as they can sleep peacefully during the nights or something along the line (I don't have any super-hearing or anything so I'm not quite sure).

And then, after the murmuring settle down, she continued, and guess what. The hotel came up with another feature. It's HAUNTED. Wow.

Great. That's all we need to equip ourselves. An experience of paranormal activities in Indonesia. What's more exciting than that? For some odd reasons, the image of Suster Ngesot crawling down the hotel hall burned in my mind (maybe i just watch too many Indonesian horror film).

Well, in the end, the hotel is not finalized yet since our advisor said the hotel is too far away from the shopping district (I'm starting to doubt her intention for this trip). I guess, we're safe for the moment. THANK GOD!!! I seriously don't need any paranormal experience nor am I eager to see ghosts even if I love watching horror films. Once again, THANK GOD!

Jakarta & Bandung

For my Issues in Marketing class, our advisor asked us (more like forced us with our marks on the line to me) to organized a field trip to Jakarta and Bandung (I think she choose them out solely on shopping purposes only).

Unfortunately, we need to raise fund for ourselves. How much you say? Oh it's just around RM35 ooo something. Did I mentioned we need to raise that amount in one month? Yes. RM35ooo in ONE MONTH!!! (WTH?! This is the moment when i wished that money grow on trees).

So, if there is any chance that you happen to be rich and don't know what to do with your money, please don't hesitate to contact me to discuss the details. Don't worry, it will be used solely for academic purposes only. We also accept donations even if it just RM1 (rezeki jangan ditolak).

Plus, I also accept ideas to raise fast cash. Any ideas will do. I've already considered options like 'main nombor ekor', gambling and Ah Long. One of my friends even came up with a strategy to start our very own 'orang cacat minta derma di kaki lima' syndicate which is quite tempting since research says that they can gain RM1ooo in one day. But of course, we didn't go through these ideas since we don't want to counter any mishap or bad luck or accident by using the un-'berkat' money. We are, after all, to young to die (or to be put in jail for the 'orang cacat minta derma di kaki lima' syndicate).

Your donations and ideas will be appreciate. So, don't hesitate to drop a comment or two.

(whom am i kidding? who's gonna read this blog anyway?)

Hurm,,
No need for introduction I think.
I mean, who's gonna waste his/her time to read my rambling anyway??
That's right, all I'm gonna do is ramble about some stuff that stuck in this empty head of mine (and check if i have talent in writing or not).
Okay, enough rambling for now. That's all.
